I came across a photo of a gal that's in a rock band and liked her look and thought it'd be a good jumping off point for a possible character. So I used her facial features as a basis, tweeked what I wanted to change and came up with the hair style.
Who knows, she might appear in an issue of "Nevic" down the line.
