Last weeks Aramagetto challenge was to reinterpret the cover to The Mighty Thor Annual #2. I decided to go the humorous route...only had time though to do a sketch.

Character Design

I came across a photo of a gal that's in a rock band and liked her look and thought it'd be a good jumping off point for a possible character. So I used her facial features as a basis, tweeked what I wanted to change and came up with the hair style.

Who knows, she might appear in an issue of "Nevic" down the line.

Latest Armagetto piece, this time I came up with too big of a project to complete in a week. Wanted to do an 8 page mini-comic, was only able to fully complete the double-splash page, but since it's mostly penciled you can get an idea of what the story is.

At some point it'll all be completed.

Was recently commissioned to do a poster for a local play. It's about a theater employee who gets bored sitting in the box office and imagines himself as a captain of a pirate ship.

Night of the Living Dead

Someone recently commissioned me to do a pencil drawing of zombies in a graveyard on a 12x16 masonite board which they will then paint.

It has a different kind of texture which made for an interesting time drawing on it, likes to smear a heck of a lot too.

Armagetto Fabulous & Etrigan

Recently myself and some others have started a blog called Armagetto Fabulous . It's where a group of artists pick a theme each week and everyone does a piece of art based on that theme. It's a great way to see different styles approaching the same subject matter.

The first week's theme was Etrigan the Demon from DC Comics and the drawing I did was to make Etrigan as a spoof of Robin as Batman's sidekick since there's been several stories pairing Etrigan and Batman.

"Comic Book College Yearbook - Vol.2" for sale

the local comic shop, Comic Book College, is now selling the "Comic Book College Yearbook - Vol.2" which showcases local artists work. Inside it has my Nevic two page story "Taking A Dive"
